Japanese noodle stew

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Stalk leek (leek)
  • 125 g Pancetta
  • 250 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp ½ l vegetable broth
  • 1 package (500 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper and curry powder
  • 250 g ribbon noodles

Directions

    Peel and dice the onion. Clean and wash the leek and cut into fine rings. Cut bacon into fine cubes.

    Leave out the bacon cubes in a pot without fat. Add minced meat and fry until crumbly. Add onion and sauté. Deglaze with vegetable stock and tomatoes, bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Add leek rings and "dry" noodles.

    Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Arrange the pasta pot and serve. Important: There must be enough liquid in the pot, otherwise it will burn.
