Ingredients

  • 125 g Pork tenderloin
  • 150 g cleaned carrots
  • 75 g cleaned leek (leek)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground pepper
  • 30 g Long grain rice
  • 1 teaspoonful of curry
  • 1/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp chili and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

    Wash pork fillet briefly, dab dry with kitchen paper and cut into thin slices. Halve carrots lengthwise and cut into small slices. Cut the leek into small, bite-sized pieces as well

    Heat the oil in a small pan. Fry the meat for about 2 minutes over a high heat, turning it over. Season with salt and pepper, remove

    Sweat the rice in the frying fat. Salt and sprinkle with curry. Deglaze with broth and cook covered for about 20 minutes. After about 12 minutes add carrots and leek. Warm up the fried meat in it. Season to taste with salt, sambal oelek and soy sauce. Garnish with chilli and mint to taste
