Hummus and fiery tomato salsa with flat bread

Ingredients

  • 120 g Chick peas in a can (= 1/2 Ds.)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 150 g Sesame paste
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 200 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON black sesame
  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried, crushed chili
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 200 g Flatbread
  • 100 g Sheep's cheese light
  • 100 g colorful cherry tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp black olives

Directions

    Rinse the chickpeas and let them drip off. Peel and chop the garlic. Puree chick peas, garlic, sesame paste, lime juice and yoghurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle hummus with sesame seeds and garnish with olives.

    Wash, clean, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Peel and finely dice onion. Mix tomatoes, onion and olive oil. Season with salt, chilli and vinegar. Cut flat bread into strips. Spread with salsa or hummus. Cut feta cheese into fine slices and spread on top. Wash, dry and halve the cherry tomatoes.
