  • 100 g Coconut flake
  • 8 (approx. 1 kg) small bananas
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4-5 Tbsp Butter
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Honey

Directions

    Roast the grated coconut. Peel bananas, cut into pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Heat butter. Fry the bananas lightly in it. Turn in honey and grated coconut.
