Put sugar in a bowl. Cut open the vanilla pod, scrape out the pulp. Mix sugar and vanilla pulp, press on and leave covered overnight. Use the pod for other purposes. Roughly chop the chocolate, cover and chill for about 2 hours.
Grind the cold chocolate finely in the universal chopper. Mix the sugar, ground chocolate and cocoa powder, fill into glasses and seal them. To finish, stir 1-2 tbsp. chocolate powder into approx. 200 ml very hot milk and serve with e.g. some mini marshmallows
