Homemade chocolate crunchy pralines

Ingredients

  • 400 g Vollmich couverture
  • 200 g Dark chocolate glaze (or the other way round, who likes it harsher)
  • 150 g mixed almonds
  • 150 g Cornflakes (without sugar coating)
  • 1 Pkg. Vanilla sugar
  • 1-2 cubes Palmin (25-35g coconut oil

Directions

    Chop the couverture a little bit and melt it slowly in a water bath while stirring. Finally, add the palmine. When everything has melted, mix with the ground almonds and vanilla sugar and pour over the cornflakes.

    Mix everything well and use teaspoons to place small heaps on a baking tray lined with baking paper or sandwich paper. Now let it set overnight (if possible in the refrigerator).
