Holiday trifle with raspberries

Ingredients

  • 500 g Fresh cream
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 100 g Gewürz-Spekulatius
  • 500 g frozen raspberries
  • 30 g Meringue

Directions

    Whip the crème fraîche, sugar and vanillin sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer for approx. 5 minutes until creamy. Coarsely crumble the biscuits. Fill raspberries, biscuits and crème fraiche into a flat glass bowl

    Chill the trifle and let it steep for at least 3 hours. Coarsely crumble the meringue and sprinkle over the trifle just before serving
