Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel and halve if necessary. Put into a greased casserole dish
Peel the garlic and press it through the garlic press. Bring cream, milk, garlic and dried herbs to the boil. Season and pour over the potatoes. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 50 minutes
Grate cheese. Wash the herbs, remove the leaves and, except for some, chop them. Sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes about 20 minutes before the end of cooking. Garnish with the remaining herbs
