Ingredients

  • 75 g Hazelnut kernels
  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 g creamy peanut butter
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking soda
  • 75 g dried cranberries
  • baking paper

Directions

    Chop the hazelnuts. Cream butter, sugar and peanut butter. Stir in egg. Mix flour and baking soda and stir in spoonfuls. Stir in hazelnuts and cranberries

    Divide the dough into 12 pieces of as equal a size as possible and form into balls. Spread the balls on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper and flatten with a fork

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) one after the other for approx. 12 minutes until the biscuits are light brown
