Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 60 g Pine nuts
  • 100 g dried soft figs
  • 4 TABLESPOONS light balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 250 g Parma ham, in thin slices

Directions

    Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat until golden brown, take them out and let them cool down. Cut figs into small cubes. Whisk vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in oil in a thin stream. Mix in the pine nuts and figs and season to taste again

    Arrange ham on a plate, spread vinaigrette on top
