Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Finely dice bacon. Peel and finely dice garlic and onion. Crumble the ground pork. Drain sauerkraut well in a sieve.
Pick sauerkraut apart with a fork. Mix sauerkraut, ground pork, onion, garlic, bacon and rice in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Put them into a greased ovenproof big form.
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 35-40 minutes.
