Carve the sausages several times diagonally. Grill the sausages on the preheated grill for approx. 10 minutes while turning. In the meantime, clean, wash and pat dry the rocket. Mix sugar with cinnamon and chili flakes.
Sprinkle pineapple with it and grill it directly over the embers for 1-2 minutes, so that the pineapple caramelises. Remove from grill and cut into strips. Mix apple juice with maple syrup. Brush the sausages with the apple-maple syrup mixture about 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time and let them caramelize for 1-2 minutes.
Spread the tortilla flat cakes with water on one side and the apple and maple syrup mixture on the other side and grill for about 15 seconds on each side. Mix mustard with honey. First spread the flat cakes with honey-mustard sauce, then cover with some rocket and pineapple strips and then place the sausage in the middle.
Roll the wrap tightly and cut it in half diagonally, if necessary pin it with wooden skewers.
