Clean, wash and cut the zucchini into longish pieces. Clean, wash and possibly halve the tomatoes. Wash the flesh and dab dry. Put the zucchini, tomatoes and flesh in an ovenproof dish. Stir the contents of the bag into the cream and pour over the meat and vegetables.
Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes. Wash the marjoram, dab dry, pluck leaves from the stalk and sprinkle over the casserole. Serve garnished with marjoram. Delicious with baguette bread
