Peel and chop the onion. Fry in hot oil. Steam the rice briefly, add the stock and cook covered for about 20 minutes.
Clean, wash and chop the broccoli, cook in little water for about 5 minutes. Drain broccoli. Add the peas and herbs to the rice about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, season. Slice the parmesan and sprinkle over the rice.
