Clean, wash and finely grate the cucumber and zucchini. Wash dill and lemon balm, shake dry and finely chop 2 stems each. Briefly puree the kefir, milk, yoghurt, cucumber, zucchini and ouzo in a mixer, season with salt and pepper. Crumble the cheese finely. Arrange soup with 1 stalk of lemon balm and dill in soup bowls, sprinkle with cheese and chopped herbs. Cheese sticks taste good with it
