Finely dice onion and garlic. Dab meat dry and cut into strips. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in portions at high heat. Remove and season with salt and pepper. Sauté onion and garlic in frying oil.

Meanwhile cook noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Cook asparagus in boiling salted water with sugar for 8-10 minutes. Cut tomatoes into quarters, remove seeds and cut into fine cubes. Drain the asparagus and allow to drain. Season the shredded asparagus with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Arrange asparagus and shredded meat on a plate.
