Greek yoghurt with honey nuts

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 TABLESPOONS mixed nut kernels (e.g. walnut, hazelnut
  • 7-10 Tbsp and almonds)
  • 500 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 package Vanilla sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice from 1⁄2 Lemon
  • 3-4 Tbsp liquid honey

Directions

    Roast the nuts in a pan without fat until golden brown, take them out and let them cool down.

    Cream yoghurt, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Chop nuts coarsely and mix with honey. Honey nuts and yoghurt alternately in four glasses
