Ingredients

  • 2 Federation Dill
  • 3 TABLESPOONS grainy mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 500 g salmon fillet, salt
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS vinegar, sugar
  • 4-5 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Onions

Directions

    Wash the dill and cut it finely, except for a little bit. Mix with mustard, pepper and lemon. Wash salmon and pat dry. Salt and spread with the spice paste. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes.

    Wash the potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Rinse and peel the potatoes. Possibly halve or quarter them

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and some sugar. Whip 2 tablespoons of oil into it. Peel cucumber and onions. Onions in rings, wash cucumber and cut into slices. Mix both with the marinade

    Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the potatoes in it until golden brown all around. Cut salmon into strips and fry in 1 tablespoon of hot oil for about 5 minutes. Turn the salmon carefully every now and then. Arrange everything and garnish with the rest of the dill
