Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 135 g Flour
  • 24 g Diabetic sweetness
  • 50 g ground hazelnuts
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 120 g Half-fat butter
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 100 g cream cheese preparation (0,2 % fat)
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of sweetener
  • 100 g cleaned red and green grapes
  • 1 package frosting without sugar
  • 1/4 l Apple fruit juice drink
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Hazelnut kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Mix flour, diabetic sweetener, ground nuts and baking powder. Add butter in pieces and egg. Knead everything first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then with your hands to a smooth dough. Grease 6 tartlet cups (10 cm Ø). Divide the dough into 6 portions and press into the moulds. Chill for about 1 hour. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200°C/circulating air: 175°C/gas: level 3) for approx. 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, turn out of the ramekins and let cool down. Mix cream cheese, quark and sweetener. Wash and drain the grapes, cut larger ones in half. Spread the cream on the tartlets, add the grapes. Gradually stir the cake glaze powder with the fruit juice drink until smooth. Bring to the boil while stirring. Spread the glaze over the grapes with a tablespoon. Chill for about 30 minutes. Chop the nuts and sprinkle over them

    Not diabetic? Use 50 g icing sugar for the dough. Prepare the cream with double cream cream cheese and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Prepare icing with 3 tablespoons of sugar and white wine
