Gorgonzola with balsamic figs

Ingredients

  • 6 fresh figs
  • 2 TABLESPOONS whole walnut kernels
  • 4 TABLESPOONS dark balsamic vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON demerara sugar
  • 1 une poignée de feuilles de salade mélangées (par exemple, des feuilles de bébé)
  • 300 g Gorgonzola & Mascarpone (cheese mixture in one piece)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS good olive oil

Directions

    Carefully wash the figs, grate them dry and cut them into slices. Chop the walnuts coarsely and mix with the figs. Stir vinegar and sugar and drizzle over them

    Sort the salad, rinse cold and drain well. Mix with the fig salad. Divide the cheese into 4 portions and serve with the fig salad. Drizzle cheese with oil
