Clean the salad, wash and spin dry. Turn goat's cheese in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the goat's cheese for about 2 minutes while turning.
Cut the buns in half horizontally. Spread the lower half of the roll with cranberries and cover with salad. Place warm goat cheese taler on top. Spread fig mustard on the cheese, place the upper half of the roll on top.
