Gnocchi with cheese and bacon

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 800 g Gnocchi (from the refrigerator)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 100 g Mountain cheese
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 100 g Tyrolean bacon

Directions

    Melt the fat in a pan. Fry the gnocchi for about 5 minutes, turning them over. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Grate cheese and sprinkle over the gnocchi. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 5 minutes.

    Wash the chives, dab dry and chop finely. Spread slices of bacon on the gnocchi and sprinkle chives on top.
