Glazed pork chops with beans

Ingredients

  • 450 g Frozen green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili Flakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Chilli sauce for chicken
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 4 Pork chops (approx. 175 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 Organic Lemon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter

Directions

    Cook the frozen beans in boiling salted water for 7-8 minutes. Quench and drain.

    Peel and chop the garlic. Mix with 1⁄2 TL chili flakes, chili and soy sauce. Wash the chops, dab dry and spread a thin layer of the marinade on them. Fry in hot oil on each side for about 2 minutes. Brush with the rest of the marinade and continue frying for about 1 minute.

    Fry the beans and lemon zest in hot butter for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve, drizzle with broth.
