Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Tomato Ketchup
  • 3 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, chili powder
  • 6-8 (800 g-1 kg) Meat ribs
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS vinegar, sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Kidney Beans
  • 2 (425 ml) Corn cob or 1 tin of corn grains (a. d. tin, approx. 250 g)
  • 1 Head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 ripe avocado

Directions

    Mix ketchup and honey, season. Wash the ribs, dab them dry and brush with marinade. Grill on the grill while turning for approx. 15 minutes or roast on the grid in a hot oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven 175 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes

    Peel garlic and chop finely. Beat vigorously with vinegar, salt, chilli powder, sugar and oil

    Drain the beans and corn. Clean and wash the salad and tear it into pieces. Cut the corn cobs into slices. Peel and chop onion. Cut avocado in half, stone and peel it, cut it into pieces and add it to the marinade immediately. Mix all salad ingredients and serve with the ribs
