Garlic-lemon butter

Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 250 g soft butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp slightly grated peel and juice of 1 organic lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the herbs. Chop parsley finely, cut chives into small rolls. Mix everything with butter and lemon peel. Season with salt, pepper, 1 pinch of sugar and lemon juice.

    Cover the butter and put it in the fridge to cool. Take out about 30 minutes before serving.
