Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel and dice the onion. Wash the tomatoes. Melt the fat in a pan. Fry the noodles and onions for about 10 minutes while turning, after 4 minutes add breadcrumbs, corn and tomatoes.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. In the meantime whisk eggs and milk. Season with salt. Pour egg milk over the noodles and let it set while stirring. Arrange on plates.
