Mix sesame and parmesan. Turn the kohlrabi slices first in flour, then in whisked egg and finally in the sesame mixture. Press on a little. Fry the kohlrabi slices in 2 tsp. hot oil until golden brown. Serve everything. Serve with roast potatoes or bread
