  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour

Directions

  1. 1

Mix flour, almonds, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add egg and butter in pieces. Knead first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then with your hands to a smooth dough. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes. Peel, quarter and core apples.

Cut into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Grease a tart tin (26 cm Ø). Roll out the dough round (30 cm Ø) on a work surface dusted with flour. Line the tin with the dough and press on. Place apple slices fan-shaped close together. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) for 20-30 minutes. Bring jam to the boil in a small pot. Spread it on the hot tart and let it cool down. Roast the flaked almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Take out and let it cool down.
