Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (450 g) Frozen fish fingers
  • 1 red and yellow peppers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 (750 g) bag of chips
  • 500 g Frying fat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepperoni, olives, parsley and lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Metal skewers
  • baking paper

Directions

    Let the fish fingers thaw for about 10 minutes. In the meantime clean and wash the peppers and cut them into pieces of about 4 cm. Halve the fish fingers and alternately put them on metal skewers with the peppers. Put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with oil and lemon juice, season with some pepper.

    Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. In the meantime bake the French fries in hot frying fat for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Arrange skewers generously garnished with pepperoni, olives, parsley and lemon. Serve with the french fries
