Fish fillet with herb marinade

Ingredients

  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley, thyme and dill
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 150 g lean fish fillets (e.g. cod, saithe)
  • 200 g new potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 60 g Oyster mushrooms or mushrooms
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon

Directions

    Wash the herbs and chop them finely, except for a little bit. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the lemon and grate the peel thinly. Squeeze lemon. Mix juice and peel with herbs and garlic

    Wash the fish, pat dry and sprinkle with herb marinade. Leave to stand for approx. 15 minutes.

    Wash the potatoes well. Cover and cook in water for about 20 minutes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, wash, slice or slice the zucchini finely. Clean and chop the mushrooms

    Fry the onion and mushrooms in a coated pan in hot oil. Steam the zucchini briefly. Season everything, push to the edge of the pan. Add the fish and marinade to the hot frying fat. Steam for about 3 minutes on each side, season. Drain potatoes and peel if necessary. Arrange and garnish everything
