Fish au gratin in mustard cream

Ingredients

  • 125-150 g Fish fillet (e.g. cod or saithe)
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 5 tablespoons (50 ml) Vegetable broth
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Soy cream for refining dishes
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. "Alpro Soya Cuisine")
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS grainy mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper

    Wash the fish, dab dry and cut in half lengthwise. Sprinkle with lemon juice, let stand briefly

    Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Heat oil. Steam vegetables in it. Deglaze with broth. Stir in soy cream and mustard, season

    Season fish with salt and pepper. Place in an ovenproof dish with vegetables and mustard cream. Gratinate in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/recirculating air: 200 °C/gas: level 4) for 15-20 minutes. Goes well with rice
