Ingredients

  • 250-300 g Salmon fillet
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 TABLESPOON + 1 tsp oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp with herbs
  • 3 TSP TK-"8 Herbs"
  • 2 TABLESPOONS grainy mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon corners

Directions

    Wash the salmon and pat dry. Wash the cucumber well, cut it in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut into pieces

    Fry the salmon in 1 tablespoon of hot oil for 4-6 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. In the meantime, fry the cucumber in 1 tsp. hot oil. Stir in cream cheese and 100 ml water. Simmer everything for about 5 minutes

    Mix the frozen herbs and mustard. Shortly before the end of the frying time, spread as a cap on the salmon. Arrange everything and garnish with lemon
