Fiery spaghetti with prawns

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g raw prawns
  • 7-10 Tbsp (without head and shell)
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 400-500 g Spaghetti
  • 3-4 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 TEASPOONS Seasoning mixture
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. heir piccanti; see box)
  • 7-10 Tbsp or Italian herbs

Directions

    For the noodles, bring plenty of salted water to the boil. Rinse shrimps briefly and dab dry. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Peel garlic and chop finely

    Put spaghetti in boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes. Fry the prawns in 2 tbsp. hot oil for 3-4 minutes all around. Add garlic and salt. Remove prawns from the pan. Heat 1-2 tbsp. oil in the pan. Leeks

    Drain spaghetti well. Mix immediately with prawns and seasoning oil

    Drink: cool white wine
