Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g frozen raw shrimps (without head and shell)
  • 3 Courgette
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Chillies
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Put the prawns in a sieve and rinse with cold water. Place on a plate and defrost. Wash and clean the zucchini, cut them in half lengthwise and cut into large pieces. Clean and wash spring onions, cut into fine rings.

    Wash the tomatoes. Peel the garlic and cut it in half lengthwise. Clean the chillies, cut lengthwise, wash and remove the seeds. Cut the chillies into fine strips. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely.

    Rinse the prawns in cold water and let them drip off on kitchen paper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes, turning them over, remove them and put them on a plate.

    Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the frying fat. Sauté the spring onions and courgettes, turning them over. Add cherry tomatoes, garlic and chillies. Add prawns again, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley.
