Clean spinach, wash well. Peel and chop onions and garlic
Heat the oil. Sauté onions and garlic. Steam spinach for about 2 minutes, drain. Crumble the cheese and fold in. Season with salt and pepper
Roll out the dough. Separate egg. Sprinkle dough with breadcrumbs. Put spinach in the middle. Fold dough over. Spread the edges with egg white and press on. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes. Coat with egg yolk after 20 minutes
Season soured milk with salt, pepper, curry and sugar. Garnish pâté with pine nuts, tomatoes, lettuce and parsley. Add sauce
