Roast 1 tsp. fennel seed and 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, crush in a mortar. Wash 1 organic lemon, grate peel. 1⁄2 Squeeze lemon.
Mix everything with 2 tbsp. oil, 1 tsp. liquid honey and pepper. Cut 450 g feta into approx. 36 cubes, mix in.
Peel 2 pink grapefruits with white skin, cut out and halve the fillets. Put feta, grapefruit and basil leaves on approx. 36 wooden skewers.
