Fast tortilla with lamb fillet

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 600 g large potatoes
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 2–3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 200 g loin of lamb (alternatively 1 beefsteak)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1⁄8 l Milk
  • 50 g Diced ham

Directions

    Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the potato slices at medium heat for about 15 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper.

    Meanwhile peel and chop the onion. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Dab meat dry and cut into pieces. Whisk eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.

    Remove the potatoes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Brown the meat in it. Season with salt and pepper and take out. Sauté onion and diced ham in hot frying fat. Fry the potatoes briefly.

    Fold in the tomatoes and meat. Season with salt and pepper. Pour egg milk over it and let it set covered.
