Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Puree 150 g strawberries, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1-2 teaspoons lime juice. Mix the puree and the remaining strawberries. Roast grated coconut in a pan without fat.
Remove 1 tablespoon of grater for decoration. Mix quark, remaining lime juice, grated coconut, vanillin sugar, liqueur and 3-4 tablespoons of sugar. Whip cream until stiff and fold in. Arrange quark and strawberries in a bowl and decorate with coke flakes and chips.
