Fast lamb steaks with couscous

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 small onions
  • 600 g Lamb Steak
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 Courgette
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 100 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • 250 g Couscous
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 50 g Parmesan (piece)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Peel and quarter the onions. Dab steaks dry and fry in 1 tbsp. oil on each side for approx. 3 minutes. Clean, wash and chop the zucchini. Season meat with salt and pepper. Wrap in aluminium foil.

    Fry onions and zucchini in the frying fat for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and honey, deglaze with vinegar and juice. Simmer covered for about 5 minutes.

    1⁄4 l Bring saltwater to the boil. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil over the couscous. Let it swell for 4-5 minutes. Wash the chives, cut into small rolls and mix in. Arrange everything, slice Parmesan cheese in shavings.
