  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Egg liqueur
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 package Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Ladyfingers
  • 30 g Pistachio kernels

    Whip the cream until stiff. Cream mascarpone, half egg liqueur, sugar and vanilla sugar. Fold in the cream. Coarsely crumble the lady fingers, chop the pistachios. Mix both. Layer advocaat liqueur cream and bikuit-pistachio mixture alternately in four dessert glasses.

    Drizzle the remaining advocaat just before serving.
