Coarsely chop nuts, almonds, figs and dates. Drain the fruit cocktail. Beat the fat until foamy, gradually adding egg yolk and sugar. Stir in quark. Put aside some fruit cocktail and chopped ingredients for decorating as desired. Stir the remaining fruit, chopped ingredients, vanilla pulp and raisins into the quark mixture. Place the Easter pasha in a bowl and serve with the ingredients set aside and decorated with peppermint leaves as desired
