Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter or margarine
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 3 TSP Baking Powder
  • 250 g Flour
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 250 g Icing sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few drops of red, blue and green food colouring
  • 7-10 Tbsp Z
  • baking paper
  • 4 freezer bag or disposable piping bag

Directions

    Cream fat, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Separate 1 egg. Add 2 eggs and 1 egg yolk one after the other and stir in. Mix pudding powder, baking powder and flour. Alternately stir in 3 tablespoons of milk.

    Place 6 piles of dough by the spoonful on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes. After about 10 minutes of baking time, carefully brush the surfaces with 3 tablespoons of milk. Remove the trays from the oven, place the Americans on a cake rack and allow to cool. Mix icing sugar, egg white and lemon juice. Quarter the icing. Colour 1/4 pink, 1/4 light green and 1/4 light blue. Fill each icing into 1 freezer bag or piping bag. Decorate Americans from the bottom with icing and sugar flowers.
