Ingredients

  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 1/2 TABLESPOONS Cornstarch
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Cocoa powder
  • 2 TABLESPOONS instant espresso powder

Directions

    Beat egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Mix starch and 100 ml milk until smooth and stir into the egg yolk-sugar mixture. Stir 400 ml milk and ##cocoa## smooth, bring to the boil and gradually stir into the starch mixture with a whisk.

    Pour the milk back into the pot and bring to the boil while stirring. Stir in ##Espresso##powder.
