Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter
  • 150 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 1/2 TSP. Baking Powder
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 100 ml Bourbon vanilla sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar writing
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour

Directions

    Melt butter in a pot. Mix flour, sugar, vanillin sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Add egg, vanilla sauce and butter. Mix with the whisk of the hand mixer to a smooth dough

    Grease a rabbit-shaped dish (10 x 24 cm; 400 ml content) and sprinkle with flour. Fill in half of the dough, smooth it down. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 20 minutes, remove from oven, let cool on a cake rack for approx. 10 minutes, remove from the pan

    Wash the mould, dry, grease again and sprinkle with flour. Pour in the rest of the dough and bake in the same way. Let the rabbits cool down for about 1 hour. Decorate with sugar lettering, leave to dry for about 1 hour
