Ingredients

  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 baby onion
  • 1 Roman lettuce heart
  • 4 (à 100 g) Curry sausages
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sunflower oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Curry
  • 100 g Tomato ketchup
  • 4 Sandwich toast bags

Directions

    Wash, clean and dice the cucumber and tomatoes. Peel and chop the onion. Clean the salad and cut into strips. Cut sausage into slices. Heat oil in a pan. Fry sausage for five to eight minutes, turning.

    Remove and keep warm. Fry the onion in the frying fat for four minutes until transparent. After three minutes sprinkle with curry. Add tomato ketchup and bring to the boil. Meanwhile toast the toast pockets. Open on the long side.

    Fill half with lettuce, cucumber and tomato. Distribute curry sausage and sauce in the pockets. Dust with curry to taste.
