Wash the strawberries (cut two strawberries in half and put them aside for decoration), clean and cut in half. Drain the strawberries, put them in a bowl and sprinkle with 25 g sugar. Mix mascarpone, vanilla sugar, curd and remaining sugar with the whisks of the hand mixer. Stir in mineral water. Pour strawberries, mascarpone cream and Crispy Honeys into four dessert glasses. Serve with the remaining strawberries and, if desired, decorated with lemon balm
