Ingredients

  • 75 g + 2 tablespoons butter
  • 250 g + 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 1 untreated orange
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Cut 75 g butter into cubes. Mix 250 g flour, salt, 50 g sugar, butter and 90 ml cold water with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and chill

    For the filling, wash the orange hot, rub dry and grate the peel with a fine grater. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Beat the eggs and 125 g sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until white and creamy. Mix cheese, 1 tbsp. flour, orange zest, liquid butter and egg mixture. Season with cinnamon

    Roll out the dough on the floured worktop (approx. 40 x 30 cm). Cut out 12 circles (approx. 11 cm Ø). Line the hollows of a greased muffin tray sprinkled with flour with the dough circles. Spread the cheese mixture in them

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 25 minutes. Leave to cool in the tray for approx. 20 minutes, then carefully remove from the muffin tins. Dust with icing sugar
