  • 450 g Whipped cream
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Icing sugar
  • 3 strawberries and 6 chocolate dessert decorations "Leaves" to decorate
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

  1. 1

Cream fat, 175 g sugar and 1 sachet vanilla sugar. Gradually stir in eggs and 2-3 tablespoons of flour. Add milk. Mix remaining flour and baking powder and finally stir in briefly. Grease a baking tray (approx. 33x38 cm) and spread the dough evenly on it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C / gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes.

Let the finished base cool down a little, cut in half crosswise and remove from the baking tray. Let the dough plates cool down. Wash strawberries, dab dry, clean and halve. Melt the chocolate coating on a hot water bath. Spread a pastry sheet with chocolate coating and place the strawberries with the cut surface on the soft chocolate. Let it dry. Mix the jelly and 1/4 litre of cold water in a small saucepan and let it swell for 5 minutes. Then heat up while stirring until everything is dissolved (do not let it boil!). Put the jelly in a cool place for about 1 hour. In the meantime mix cream cheese, remaining sugar and lemon juice. Whip 300 g cream until stiff.

After about 1 hour, place the second pastry sheet on the cream. Cut the well-cooled cake plate into approx. 12 (approx. 5x9 cm) large slices (preferably with an electric knife) and dust with icing sugar. Whip the rest of the cream and vanilla sugar until stiff and place in a piping bag with a star-shaped spout. Decorate the slices with cream tuffs, strawberries and chocolate decoration
