  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1 package Chocolate Flavoured Pudding Powder
  • 3 TABLESPOONS + 200 g sugar
  • 200 g soft butter or margarine
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 300 g Flour
  • 3 TSP Baking Powder
  • 5-6 Tbsp Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 25 g Dark chocolate
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

  1. 1

Bring 440 ml milk to the boil. Mix pudding powder with 3 tablespoons of sugar and stir with 6 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Remove milk from the stove, stir in the pudding powder, bring to the boil again and simmer for about 1 minute while stirring. Pour the pudding into a bowl. Place foil directly on the pudding and let it cool down for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

Cream fat in pieces, vanilla sugar and 200 g sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with the yoghurt. Spread the dough evenly on a baking tray (32 x 39 cm) lined with baking paper. Use a spoon to press in the dough in different places in a cow-spot shape and add the pudding. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 25 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool down. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it over a warm water bath. Use a spoon to run the chocolate in fine lines over the cake.
