Cornflakes biscuits with white chocolate

Ingredients

  • 500 g white couverture
  • 125 g dried soft apricots
  • 100 g Almond slivers
  • 50 g Cornflakes
  • baking paper

Directions

    Coarsely chop the chocolate coating and melt it over a warm water bath. Remove from the bain-marie and allow to cool slightly

    Finely dice the apricots. Mix almond slivers, apricots and cornflakes, pour couverture over them and mix carefully

    Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. With the help of 2 tablespoons, place small heaps on top. Leave to dry for 3-4 hours. Remove cornflake biscuits with white chocolate from the baking paper
